The magnificent Manor House at L’Amitie Estate offers a wonderful living environment designed to inspire rest and relaxation, our sleek, modern guest rooms create a feeling of home with warm colours and textured fabrics create a sophisticated ambiance in the cosy living areas, and wonderfully soft beds and comfortable furnishings make every stay a pleasure.

The Manor House offers four guestrooms. Each room features a king-sized bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

The rooms come fully equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including a Samsung smart TV, USB ports, in-room safe, plush robes and slippers, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

All rooms are non-smoking, and views vary from beautiful mountain and vineyard scenery to the iconic Franschhoek Valley.

Set on nine hectares of rolling vineyards, citrus and fig orchards, an olive grove, a natural dam, old water oaks and pride of India trees, fynbos shrub and manicured yet purely indigenous gardens, this hideaway unveils its alluring character in the roots that hem the house.

Having been in search of their dream farm in Africa, the owners’ calls were answered when they first caught sight of the bountiful views of the valley, the vines, and the mountains that seemed to never end.

Franschhoek town centre is just two kilometres away for those seeking to explore the boutiques, local craft markets, restaurants and art galleries, or travel to neighbouring wine farms on the exciting and famous Franschhoek Wine Trams.

For the more adventures, hike the Berg River Dam hiking trails, take a guided bicycle tour thru the rolling valleys of Franschhoek, cage dive with the deadly African Crocodile or enjoy 18 holes on the prestigious, Jack Nicolas designed Pearl Valley Golf Course.
