ROCKY VALLEY GAME RANCH – THE LAKE HOUSE

Rocky Valley Lake House is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of Ashburton, Pietermaritzburg. This is a great option for a family or a group of friends as this property overlooks a dam with beautiful sunsets.

The Midlands and Drakensberg is close.

This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and consists of a main house and a separate cottage. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the cottage is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a double sleeper couch. This room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Another shower is available in the second bathroom.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge space has comfortable seating and a fireplace which is a great spot for guests to relax with a book.

Outside is a spacious wooden deck which leads down to a braai area which is a great spot for guests to enjoy a sundowner in the evening. Guests can enjoy the frequent roaming of animals.
