Saxon Park Guest Cottage is situated on a working cattle farm in the Eastern Free State. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The farm is approximately 24km from the town of Ficksburg.
The accommodation is separate from the main house.
The rooms are booked separately or on request as a self-catering unit. Accommodation is provided in 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge and dining room, and a kitchen area.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds, as well as access to a shared bathroom.
The beds are made with top-quality linen and in winter, down duvets and electrical blankets and heaters are provided.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and additional amenities include a braai area, free Wi-Fi and parking. Coffee, tea, and rusks are provided.
Guests can fish in the dam on the farm and go walking in nature, all while enjoying the farm atmosphere.
Guests can also relax on the veranda or in the lounge and dining room with a large collection of books.
